These are a lifesaver for a young child with autism or sensory processing disorder. We have tried others and they were uncomfortable due to size or lack of padding. These are quiet, comfortable and great for child!

I bought these for my child, who has sensory issues. They successfully muffle ambient noise, but still allow him to hear his teacher's voice when she is speaking at her typical volume for addressing the class for lessons. The fit is good, and they seem sturdy enough to hold up to normal daily use.
